Istanbul

Cappadocia
 Known for its characteristic “fairy chimneys” which are tall rock formations in the shape of cones that are grouped in the Valley of the Monks, Göreme and other sites, which can be accessed by land or by hot air balloon.
Efesus/Kusadasi
If you like archaeology, this is a mandatory stop on your trip to Turkey. You can visit the Greco-Roman ruins, the Library of Celsus, the Temple of Artemis, the gate of Hercules and the House of the Virgin Mary.
Pamukkale
 In Turkish, Pamukkale literally means “cotton castle”, and as soon as you find yourself at its feet you understand perfectly who came up with the name. The entire slope of a mountain looks pristine white under the sun, those whites that make your eyes hurt, but it is neither snow, nor ice, nor salt, nor is it cotton, although it may seem so, but rather it is a geological formation fruit of the thermal waters of the place.
